4月加拿大經濟綜述之新房開建率

4月加拿大新房開建數爲194809個單位,上跳了24%,此百分比用的是seasonally adjusted annual rate (SAAR)。註釋:SAAR是經濟學上對於一些受季節影響比較大的數據會根據其特性將比率做出調整所得到的新比率。 之後6個月的加拿大新房建造數應該在183000SAAR個上下浮動。這個數量基本和全國家庭增長數量趨勢吻合。

 

BC省城市區域的新房建造數量稍稍減少了5個百分點,爲24976SAAR個,和去年同期比增加9個百分點。 獨立屋開建率增加了34%,而公寓單位減少了1%。

 

縱觀BC省的幾個大都會區域, 大溫哥華總開建率降低了2%與去年同期比。減低主要是新公寓數量的減少(6%),而獨立屋依然增長了12%。 大維多利亞區域總體下降了46%,大幅下降的原因是因為新公寓建造數的猛降。科洛娜地區的新屋建造率依然穩步增長,13%的增長率歸功于高達27%的新公寓的建造。阿伯茨-密斯大區也算是有所增長,考慮到經歷過非常低迷的2013年。4月新屋建造總量爲103個,而去年4月一共才12個。
