2015年BC省对住房的需求将持续增加

 

今日BC省地产协会发布了其第二季度对2015年BC省住房需求的预测,长长16页的报告,我将在此作一个简单的陈述。

 

BC省MLS今年销售预估将会达到76700个单位,,增长5.2个百分点,而2015年将到达81800个。过去5年的平均成交单位是75400,,而10年平均成交量为84800.历史最高点则是2005年的106300。

 

“2015年预计将会是很好的一年,我们预期一个更高的目标。因为国内和国外的经济状况都预示着更多的需求“ Cameron Muir,BC地产协会首席经济分析师如是说,”当现今如此低的贷款利率驱动着买家入市,人口增长在国际移民的作用下程正增长,就业率的增加也预计会对房屋需求起到正面推动。”

 

MLS成交均价今年预计会达到$560600,增加4.3%。而2015将继续增加2个百分点。现今持续增长的需求和减少的市场供应,使得整个房地产市场处于一个平衡状态,房价的增长和目前通货膨胀率相吻合。
