溫哥華地產協會報道,3月份在MLS系統上挂牌出售並成交的民用物業有6661個, 比去年同期增長16.8%。成交總金額爲37億加元,比去年同期增長了21.5%。 全省平均的MLS掛牌價爲$56萬2千,比去年同期增長了4個百分點。


溫哥華地產協會首席經濟分析師Cameron Muir指出,“雖然成交量比去年有所上昇,本省消費者需求在第一季度其實並沒有大幅增長。 不過同時挂牌出售的房屋也沒有很多,因此整個市場還是處於平衡狀態,意味著對於買家或者賣家都沒有特別的優勢在” Muir又說:“今年春季銀行的低利率是推動目前房市的主要因素,很明顯,明年這個時候的利率肯定不會在這個低點”。

本年第一季度, BC省民宅銷售金額爲95億,比去年同期上昇32.4%。成交單位是16435個,同期上昇21.1%, 而MLS平均掛牌價是57萬9,比去年上昇9.3%。
